Four Paws is an international animal welfare organization. It operates a bear sanctuary in Domazhyr, northwest of Lviv, the home of 36 bears, rescued from horrible keeping conditions. Air attacks have been reported in this part of the country as well but a dedicated team of 30 stayed at the sanctuary to take care of the bears. Despite the terrifying circumstances, they all are currently doing well, animals and humans alike.
